New (One Trip) Shipping Containers:
Every new (one trip) container we sell comes with a 10-year warranty certificate. This warranty includes:

Covered:

• Failures in the original manufacturer’s components or materials caused by poor craftsmanship or early deterioration due to quality control issues.
• The manufacturer has the option to repair or replace any defective parts or materials.
• The container is guaranteed to remain wind and water-tight for 10 years from the manufacturing date.

Not Covered:

• Repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or abnormal usage.
• Adhesion failure of added coatings, paint, stickers, prints, or decals.
• Structural damage caused by overloading, improper stacking, or lifting.
• Damage from fire, flood, extreme weather (hail, wind, snow, ice), natural disasters, alterations, vandalism, negligence, or any other factors beyond Conex Depot’s control.

Used Shipping Containers:
Both Cargo Worthy and Wind and Water Tight (WWT) containers are guaranteed to be structurally sound and water-tight for one year from the purchase date. Conex Depot has the right to request photos, conduct inspections, and perform necessary repairs as needed.
